From a young age my passion has been architecture and home design, so this path was a natural fit. As a trained Engineer and Project Manager, the perspective brought to this organization is one of efficiency of the product and the engagement, satisfaction of the client. This is represented throughout our business model from our Timeline and Milestones to our Pricing model and our follow-up and follow-through of the product.

Unlike most architecture or drafting firms, we prioritize the client first. To us, it's silly to charge on an hourly basis as that incentivizes the architect/drafter to be less efficient with their time and knowledge. Our priority is to get you into the home of your dreams and the only way to guarantee that our priorities align with yours is to base the pricing model on the project, not how long it takes one person to complete a task.
